About Bonnie Brae
The Bonnie Brae Homeowner's Association has founded in 1950. It was founded by W. W. Garvey, Lewis E. Ruth and Hannah B. Ruth all of Construction Inc. Our protective covenants were enacted in October of 1953. In October of 1983, the current homeowners in Bonnie Brae, extended the protective covenants for an additional 30 years. Currently, the Bonnie Brae Board is working on extending the covenants for another 30 years, as well as improving and updating the covenants to help with the obstacles of today and to prepare us for the future.
The current Bonnie Brae Board has a vision for not only keeping our neighborhood great, but also to bring residents together through more events to help increase our feeling of community. The Board is working on establishing annual events, spread throughout the year, to help with this goal. They are also actively strategizing to put in place a list of goals, both short-term and long-term, that will help keep the current board and future boards on track to achieving the best for our neighborh
